Dear St. Elizabeth's Community,

Last evening's Holiday Concert  was not just a showcase of talent, but a profound metaphor for the light within each of our students. As they harmonized in song and melody, it reminded us how individual sparks of possibility, when united, can illuminate the darkest of rooms. Each note sung and instrument played represented the unique light every child brings to our community. This concert, much like our daily efforts at school, was a celebration of how together we can shine even brighter.

A special thank you to Jackie Ives (K-8 Music teacher and Choir Director) for preparing students and orchestrating the mesmerizing Holiday Concert. The theme for the concert—Season of Light—perfectly captured the spirit of St. E’s. Thank you as well to accompanist Paul Rasmussen (Rosie ‘30) and to our technology crew Chad Bonaker (Clara ‘29 and Robin ‘27) and Dan Taylor.

Thanks also goes out to Ben Poulsen (K-8 Art Teacher) for displaying student artwork as part of our celebration.  Seeing the joy on student’s faces as they found their art beautifully displayed was priceless!

I want to thank St. Elizabeth's School Parent Association (SESPA) members Christa Jimenez, (Anabel ‘29 and Eliana ‘27) Michele Olivier, (Parker ‘28 and Elliette ‘26) Claire Dumke, (Hazel ‘32 and Ruby ‘31) and Rebecca Green (Ellington ‘28) for the delicious spread of cookies and treats after the concert.  A resounding applause to  all members of SESPA for your unwavering partnership in fostering a warm and inclusive environment. Your support, evident not just during teacher appreciation week but year-round, showcases your commitment to building a strong connection between home and school. We value your dedication and collaborative spirit.

My heartfelt appreciation to Sodexo for your exceptional commitment to ensuring our safety and maintaining our school building impeccably. Your hard work is noticed, and we all commend your dedication to our community's well-being.

To our esteemed Board of Trustees, thank you for your visionary leadership shaping the future of our school, laying a foundation built on excellence and innovation.

Finally, our outstanding staculty merits my special thanks for the love and care infused into every interaction with our students. Your commitment to teaching transcends the curriculum, shaping a nurturing learning environment.

Each of us carries a light that sparks possibilities, contributing to the brilliance of our community. Shine brightly this winter break, wherever you are.  Wishing each of you a joyful and restful holiday season!
