Dear St. Elizabeth’s Community,

In times of change and complexity, it’s important to pause and remember who we are. At St. Elizabeth’s, we are a community built on enduring values—curiosity, compassion, courage, and connection. These aren’t just words; they are the heartbeat of our classrooms, the spirit of our gatherings, and the foundation of how we grow together.

We see you. We understand the hopes you carry for your children—the dreams, the questions, the worries, and the unwavering belief in their potential. And we want you to know: you are not alone. We are walking this journey together.

We believe every child deserves an excellent education. That has been true since day one, and it remains just as true today. We know that the richer the mix of ideas, experiences, and stories in our community, the more powerful the learning becomes. Together, we are not only stronger—we are smarter.

Many of you have asked if St. Elizabeth’s has been affected by the decisions in Washington. Raising the significant funds needed to fuel our mission has never been easy.  In today’s philanthropic world—with more organizations asking for support and donors feeling pulled in many directions—it’s become even more challenging. But our mission hasn’t changed, and our commitment hasn’t wavered.

And neither has our belief in the power of community effort, so here’s how you can help:

  1. Make St. E’s your philanthropic priority. Every gift matters, and every dollar helps sustain the school we all love. Support Our Mission with a Gift.

  2. Put St. E’s on someone else’s radar. You know people—family, friends, colleagues—who care about children, about education, about equity. Help us tell them our story. Connect with Kelly Church.

  3. Volunteer for the village. We say it often because it’s true: the school teaches, but the community educates. Whether you're reading in a classroom, helping at an event, or lending your voice in a conversation, your presence makes us whole. Connect with SESPA.

Thank you for being part of this extraordinary community. We are building something bold, beautiful, and deeply necessary—together.

With gratitude and hope,

Adriana Murphy
