What impact will your gift to St. Elizabeth’s actually have?

St. Elizabeth’s School is a different breed of independent school. Many of our families come from socioeconomic backgrounds that would effectively prohibit them from even thinking about this kind of outstanding education if it were not for our guiding commitment to having a balanced and inclusive school population through the utilization of our Family Commitment Plan. We have brought together a critical mass of children from all parts of the socioeconomic spectrum; studies consistently reveal that it is better for each of our children, both academically and socially, to be part of this kind of learning environment.

Because of our small scale, our unusual mission, and our clear need for significant philanthropic support, we are an ideal place for donors who want to make a real difference through their contributions. Whether you consider a gift of $100, which will support healthy, nutritious snacks for a month; or $1000, which will help cover class field trips for a year; or $5,000 to support one of our specials classes—art, music, PE, Spanish, or chapel; or even $15,000, which will support a terrific and deserving child’s education for an entire year, you will know that your donation will be having immediate and significant impact on our children.

Without support from hundreds of thoughtful and generous donors, St. Elizabeth’s does not exist. With that support, fifty-two children in the 2010-2011 school year will benefit from the best educational practices in an environment and a school community that is dedicated to excellence, equity, and inclusion.
