St. Elizabeth’s mission drives the school curriculum. To provide opportunities to Denver’s urban children, the school’s curriculum addresses the needs of the whole child: academically, socially, spiritually and artistically.
St. Elizabeth’s is committed to rigorous academic development that allows students to grow intellectually at or above their chronological grade levels. As an independent school, St. Elizabeth’s maintains high expectations while nurturing individual progress.
We believe the demonstration of respect within our relatively small community will spread socially valuable qualities throughout the larger global community in which we live. Intentional pluralism is a hallmark of most Episcopal schools. More specifically, children at St. Elizabeth's are exposed, in our cirrculum, to a variety of academic pusuits, with speial empahsis on the arts, music, language and physicial education. H ere's an example of a second grader's schedule: - Music, 3 days a week
- Art, 2 days a week
- PE/Health, Everyday
- Spanish, 2 days a week
- Chapel/Faith Studies, 2 days a week
- Nutrious hot lunch available several days a week
